The marketing tier of this program is ideal for those founders who want to create a new channel/funnel/system for user acquisition and increase ROI from their current channels. We work with you to develop the strategy, then put in place the framework, tools, and data necessary to execute.

    2. Social or email management – It will be your responsibility to engage with any inbound inquiries via social media or email.

Sales

The sales tier of this program is suitable for founders who are looking to design and/or optimize their sales processes and outbound campaigns. We will work with you to map out your buyers’ journey and pipeline stages with the aim of increasing sales and the reduce the time it takes to close opportunities. We will help you understand how to effectively utilize sales enablement tools throughout the entire sales cycle.

Partnerships

The partnerships tier is reserved for founders that already have a clear understanding of their sales process and cycle. However, they are looking for a way to scale their revenue generation. We will work with you to identify the correct partnership strategy to pursue and set up the required tools to enable revenue growth through partner channels.

Mark possesses over 10 years experience in both Sales and Marketing and has built Marketing departments from the ground up. After successfully scaling Marketing operations for multiple high growth companies, Mark now combines his strategic knowledge and technology experience to drive revenue through the effective selection, implementation and optimization of Marketing and Sales Technology.

  • Meet Alex

    Alex Glenn runs automated.af and right2revenue.com. Everything Alex has done for the past 15 years has been focused on startups – working in-house and virtually to optimize their marketing and technology systems. After seeing the same pain points over and over, he decided to launch r2R with the purpose of putting in place scalable systems, testing and optimizing them, then instructing their teams to run them efficiently so there are no unnecessary costs to get to PMF or profit. This program is focused on a more specific stage in a tech startups’ lifecycle where crucial decisions are made around personnel and technology which could make or break their chances of success.
