Mautic acquired by Acquia

Mautic, a specialist in marketing automation helping clients managing their campaigns in email and other channels has been acquired by Acquia, the provider of a digital experience platform

Terms of this acquisition have not been disclosed yet.

Acquia claims, this combination of open-source tool is going to allow brands to provide a better-unified experience in email, web, SMS, social media and other digital channels.

Helping users to measure the customer life cycle at scale across all channels.

“The future of marketing is open,” states Acquia CEO Michael Sullivan. “Only open architectures can easily fuse disparate data and marketing technologies, creating new avenues of advancement for machine learning to automate digital experiences at scale.”

 

Adobe Integrates with Software AG

At the recent Adobe Summit EMEA. Adobe announced its partnership with Software AG, an enterprise software company with over 10,000 customers in over 70 countries.

This partnership is focused to unify together the customer data across multiple enterprise systems into a centralized and actionable real-time customer profile. Which is going to transform Customer Experience Management for its customers.

Together, both companies are going to create integrations between Adobe Experience Platform and Software AG’s webMethods Integration and API management services.

 

Tealium raised $55M for its customer Data Platform Expansion

Tealium – a universal data hub known to be one of the most trusted industry’s approach to collect and deliver customer data. Manage tags, APIs and integrate with over 1000 vendors, headquartered in San Diego.

Recently announced that it has raised a $55 Million funding in Series F which was led by Silver Lake Waterman, Silver Lake’s late-stage growth capital fund, and with participation from a few other capital ventures. The company has received a total of more than $160 million in funding to date.

This recent funding will be used to expand the company’s data integration ecosystem, accelerate new product development, and further scale global go-to-market activities — continuing its mission to safeguard privacy and expand data freedom across the enterprise.

SugarCRM Acquires Marketing Automation Software – Salesfusion
